New Leaseholder Application
Acquiring a campsite at Schenley Marina/Boulder on the Water is done through a current Leaseholder. All new Leaseholders must APPLY before purchasing the lease from the previous owner. Take a few moments to complete the application and someone will get in touch with you as soon as possible.
Existing Leaseholders
Dumpsters
If you have a big clean up, RENT a 15 yard dumpster box. Combine with multiple tenants to help with the cost. Dumpsters can be used to clean out campers or for stick and leaf removal.

Pavilion Rental
Pavilion rental is currently reserved for leaseholders only.
Completing the inquiry form does not secure the date and time of rental but serves as interest for approval. The information provided will be used to prevent double bookings and ensure proper use of the space.
